If something unexpected comes up, we stop and talk it through with you first, explain the options and agree any change in writing before carrying on. You're never billed for extra work you didn't approve.

Everything is managed by one accountable Nova Rise team, plumbing, certified electrics, tiling and finishing, with certified specialists brought in where required. You deal with one company from start to finish.

How do you stop leaks behind the tiles?

Every wet area is fully tanked (waterproofed) before tiling, and all junctions are sealed properly. It's the step most rushed bathrooms skip, and the reason ours stay watertight.

Can you work with a small or awkward layout?

Yes. A large part of what we do is making compact cloakrooms and awkward spaces feel considered, the right fittings, storage and tiling can transform how a small bathroom works.

We design it with you. We'll plan the layout, units, storage and finishes around your space and how you cook, there's no need to bring in a separate kitchen designer.

Can you fit a kitchen I've bought elsewhere?

Yes. We can supply and fit a complete kitchen, or fit one you've bought from a retailer or German manufacturer. Either way the plumbing, electrics and finishing are handled by our own team.

Laminate, quartz, granite and solid wood are all options. We'll talk through the look, durability and budget of each at the design stage and quote it clearly.
